August 7th Saturday meet HyVee 156th & Maple 7:30 AM head north to L.J's Outpost load up on the Big Ol Bus 8:15AM and head to Nickerson.  Drop In 9 AM float, oar, row your boat gently down the Elkhorn.  Stop along the way for nature walks, when nature calls, play a little, splash a little don't tip your canoe much!   

Stay with-in sight of each canoe and more than one canoe in the rear for safety.  Must take life jacket that will be provided.  13 and older on the river or be with parent.  Bring a covered dish to share your own drinks (non-alcoholic) on the River.  2- people to a canoe must pay before boarding the bus...please confirm your reservations in advance either at Kicker Events, Dances, or on Facebook at Country Kickers America so we know how much food to bring...Hy Vee and Downings providing the main meal.
